Deborah O’Donnell is the President and Owner of Rodas Coaching, LLC, a Career and Life Coaching firm located in downtown Chicago. She works one-on-one with individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs, helping them gain clarity and align their passions and strengths to open doors to live inspired and balanced lives. Deborah provides career management consulting, which provides resume review, career coaching, and interview skill development.
Deborah has over 15 years of progressive experience in training and development with expertise in the areas of coaching, operational management, recruiting, and program coordination. She spent 11 years as the National Operations Manager at Randstad Staffing Services, where she managed, trained and coached 47 franchise owners and their staffs in all areas of the industry.
Deborah is an experienced, interpersonal and results oriented leader. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations and a Masters Degree in Business from Ball State University. She has also completed coach training at the Coaches Training Institute and is trained and certified by the Institute for Excellence in Coaching. She is certified in the Energy Leadership Index Assessment.
Deborah developed her passion for giving excellent customer service through her training and work experience at the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida where she worked as the Assistant to the President and Guest Relations Associate.
Deborah has presented and coached individuals and groups on recruiting, sales, and training and development for staff members, management teams and corporate leaders across the country.
