My name is Deborah O’Donnell and I am the President and Owner of Rodas Coaching, LLC, an Executive Career Coaching firm. I work one-on-one with senior executives and mid-level professionals, providing my clients with the confidence and tools needed to build and live inspired and balanced lives.
I am an experienced, results-oriented leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in training and development, with an extensive focus in the areas of coaching and leadership development.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and a Masters Degree in Business from Ball State University. I am certified by the International Coach Federation, the Coaches Training Institute and by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. I am also certified in the Energy Leadership Index Assessment.
I’ve developed a passion for providing excellent customer service through my training and work experience at the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida, where I worked as the Assistant to the President and Guest Relations Associate.
I’ve also presented and coached individuals and groups on leadership development for staff members, management teams and corporate leaders across the country.
